We know that participants on the retreats have their own story and in a peaceful environment we can heal & recharge, continue with a clear mind and open heart.

Yoga is taught alone, Amber. I will guide you through comfortable poses, breathing exercises, correcting the body alignment, chanting from the heart, chakra cleansing & meditation.
With years of experience like a massage & yoga therapist and having the pleasure training classes at studios and retreat centres around the world, connecting with others all different backgrounds and walks of life.
I was honoured to become a qualified yoga instructor beneath the tutelage of Padma Nair “Padma Karma” a professional yoga school in India.
I could guide all levels if you are a novice to yoga or more advanced and looking to improve and improve your regular practice.

My partner Ivan will teach Qigong Meditation classes. Qigong is termed chinese people type of yoga and uses slow graceful meditative movements to aid cultivate your Qi connecting with our universal elements. Ivan has lots of experience teaching at yoga retreat & abroad which is currently completing his training with The Shiatsu College working in london under the tutelage of Annie Cryer & Cathryn Burnnet.

In your stick to us you will end up served delicious nutritious vegetarian meals, fresh juices and smoothies.
Plus the daily Yoga and Qigong classes we provide raw food nutrition workshops which you could figure out how to prepare basic and tasty recipes.

Additionally, you will get the chance to participate in in reiki healing plus a number of massage treatments.
