It is the middle of winter. There are no launch services in MN. Water bottle inside your cup holder is frozen solid. Your car is cold and hasn’t been ran for over 24 hours. One, turn the main element for the on position. When you have some power it does not hurt to try to shut off anything else in order to utilize the strength of turning your engine.
