Life Lessons – The key of Positive Understanding

For several years I had tough times and that i became driven to learn these particular things were happening in my experience.


This became certainly one of my life’s greatest challenges. I had been so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, i almost overlooked Life lessons and tests that were being presented before me. Little did I am aware, i was at preparation in my advancement. During those times it felt like I had been residing in hell. The perception I needed of my experience then wasn’t great, I had been far more concerned from the negative, full of fear looking for an individual or something like that the culprit and assume responsibilty.

Then I stumbled upon i wasn’t the only person going through tough times, there where lots of others going through tough experiences too. Though their experiences were somewhat dissimilar to mine, they were still being challenged towards the core, this provided me with comfort realizing that the cruel journey wasn’t exclusively for me. Due to this understanding I started to offer myself permission to leave the victim mindset which in fact had me in the mental prison for many years. You see all people have to pass through some tough times at different periods individuals lives and no-one really knows why we must have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves might know about are capable of doing about this? A lot of people find here, for that reason question. You tell yourself that you don’t get sound advice which basically is a recipe for mental bondage that leads to the victim mindset.

Everything you decide on here will define the path you will follow. Lets take one example. Perhaps you have felt as if you were a sufferer of any circumstance? What will happen that mindset is a spiralling on to negative emotions you will start to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you’re down from the dumps? This really is present with many of us, we’ve areas were were adamant it is beyond our understanding, so it will be easier for all of us to make the assumption it is somebody’s fault, when you start to think this way commemorate you lose your management of what is going on. When you are for the reason that state of mind or belief it is quite tough to emerge from it, you will need something much more powerful than that state of mind for you to be free.

At this stage the majority are asleep, so that they need to wake up using their slumber. When you are wake up something changes, you feel alert to the method that you have already been playing smaller than average have grown to be a sufferer. When you are alert to this you open a door on your perception to change. The journey for being positive starts here which experience is the thing that I call a shift in to a new attitude. This transitioning time of transformation is generally slow but well worth the wait.

Everybody knows that transitioning is usually a challenging time when you are implementing letting go of that old in order that the new can set in. Many people find change very difficult to deal with as obviously we often fight any change, because we choose to sit and dwell in the things which were informed about that is otherwise called the rut. From the rut many of us we dwell there for days on end periods, might know about don’t realise is change will happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it’s usually ready to go with all the flow rather than resisting and fighting. That you should accept the progres and stay in flow with it you might want an optimistic thought of instances that you are going through.

Essentially the most challenging question that many people ask you are able to look for the positive? Generally were creatures of habit look for just changing something away from our usual pattern rather painful but it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that usually brings greatest results.
