For quite some time I went through a down economy and I became driven to discover why these things were happening in my experience.
This became one of my life’s greatest challenges. I became so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, which i almost overlooked Bitesized and tests that have been being presented before me. Little did I know, which i what food was in preparation for my advancement. Then it felt like I became residing in hell. The perception I needed of my experience then was not great, I became more focused within the negative, packed with fear and seeking for someone or something like that to blame and assume responsibility.
Eventually I discovered which i was not the only one dealing with a down economy, there where many others dealing with tough experiences too. Although their experiences were a little different to mine, we were holding still being challenged on the core, which means this provided comfort if you know the hard journey was not just for me. Because of this understanding I began to offer myself permission to leave the victim mindset that had me in the mental prison for countless years. The thing is people have to pass through some a down economy at different periods of our lives and no-one really knows why we should instead have these experiences. This then makes us ask ourselves what we can do over it? Most of the people get stuck here, due to this question. You know yourself that you do not follow simple proven steps which basically is often a recipe for mental bondage that leads to the victim mindset.
Everything you decide on here will define the path that you will follow. Lets take an example. Maybe you have felt like you were a victim of any circumstance? What will happen that mindset is often a spiralling into negative emotions you will will feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you are down within the dumps? This is very present with the majority of us, we’ve areas were we’re adamant that it’s beyond our understanding, so it is easier for all of us to really make the assumption that it’s somebody’s fault, when you start to consider this way commemorate you lose your management of what’s happening. Once you get in that frame of mind or belief it is extremely hard to leave it, you will require something far more powerful frame of mind that you should be free.
At this point the majority are asleep, so they really have to get up from their slumber. When you are get up something changes, you in turn become alert to how you have been playing small, and have become a victim. When you’re alert to this you open a door for the perception to change. Right onto your pathway for being positive starts here and this experience ‘s what I call a shift in to a new thought process. This transitioning duration of transformation is often slow but definitely worth the wait.
Everyone knows that transitioning can be quite a challenging time while implementing letting go of the previous in order that the new can occur. Many people find change difficult to take care of as obviously we quite often deal with any change, because we prefer to sit and dwell in the things that we’re familiar with that’s otherwise referred to as the rut. In the rut the majority of us we dwell there for days on end periods, what we don’t realise is that change is going to happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it is usually good to go with all the flow instead of resisting and fighting. That you can accept the progres and become in flow by it you might want a positive perception of instances that you are going through.
Probably the most challenging question that lots of people ask is how you can stay positive? Generally we’re creatures of habit we find just changing another thing away from our usual pattern rather painful but it’s consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience have a tendency to brings greatest results.
