I thought about scripting this post on band promotion since i often hear new bands and struggling musicians wishing they were given more paying gigs. Finding a paying gig is good, After all… you may spend a lot of time, energy and in many cases funds on getting the act together.. rehearsing, visiting rehearsals and gigs (gas is usually a pain if you travel by car), buying your gear, etc. But earning money gigs for brand spanking new acts can be extremely difficult.


Because i believe that it is great to obtain paid, I do not mean to express you should consider a band like a business. Some tips i am saying is, it could be practical to no less than have your costs covered.
