Safety Tips & Techniques:
Tool speed is decided with the material you are using your burr on. If you are experiencing chipping, you’re operating at way too high of speed for that application. Start having a slower speed while increasing on the way unless you reach the the best results
Apply light pressure and let the tool carry out the work. Bearing upon the tool can result in reduced tool life as well as a dull burr.
Always wear proper PPE to feature (although not tied to) safety glasses, hearing protection, respirator, and safety gloves. Keep all guards set up on the machine.
