When Jesus came and brought the gospel of Christianity it was welcomed through the masses as exceptionally very good news. Thousands followed him to know the words of life that they spoke. After he was crucified, his disciples continued preaching and teaching his ways and they were likewise welcomed as the bringers of excellent news.
Definitely not everybody was thrilled with this new teaching. The established religion through the day opposed it violently, even putting many to death for preaching the language of God. They whipped, beat, imprisoned and crucified many who decided to follow or teach the newest gospel. Nevertheless regardless of the suffering inflicted, they couldn’t destroy this teaching or halt the spread of this great news.

How can this be message so powerful? These days man is plagued with all types of evil, both from the inside of and without. Man suffers at the hands of his fellow man and much more so at their own hands by succumbing on the desires of his flesh. Man suffers disease, sickness and death, often because of their own passions and desires. Man sins continually through lies, cheating, envy, jealousy and commits acts of murder, adultery, substance abuse, theft, insurrection and types of wrongdoing. As a consequence of these and a lot of other pursuits, man is consistently in a state of stress.
Just watch the night time news or get a newspaper and you will see the sin and evil rampant in this world which has man rolling around in its grip. It is tremendously stressful to view or read this stuff. Pressure and tension build until many people reach the point where they want it will all disappear completely or they could escape the tension.
To be sold out of this stress would truly be not just good news, but Fantastic news. And that’s exactly what Jesus with his fantastic disciples offered of their teachings, and why the folks flocked to hear these words of the great news from the gospel of Christ.
The facts of the Gospel is approximately freedom, in fact it is currently available equally as it was during this time. The good news in the gospel offers freedom from bondage, freedom from sin, freedom from stress and freedom all the pressures of this world. If you’ve freedom out there there is an one thing until this world cannot get for you… peace.
For many who have the truth of the gospel there’s an inner peace, which will come from knowing Jesus and applying his teachings in your own life. When you find yourself at ease within, that will no longer matters just what the world throws at you because it can’t affect you if you don’t let it. Peace within these days of effective disaster and troubles is truly fantastic news as well as a real blessing to all or any who find and receive it.
But there’s a lot more on offer inside the gospel of Christ. He offers expect a better life, both now on this planet, and into eternity in a place its keep will not be any sickness, disease, death or any type of evil.
And the best news of most is that this is freely agreed to anyone and everybody who chooses to get it through Christ. Actually the Gospel of Christ is not only good news it’s GREAT| news.
