Features of an Entrepreneur

So, who exactly is an entrepreneur, what are the qualities of the entrepreneur?… well Wikipedia says, “An entrepreneur is a person who has having a whole new enterprise, venture or idea and assumes significant responsibility for the inherent risks and also the outcome”… umm… okay however i would rather say, make fish an ideal entrepreneur is often a person who guides a manpower to be able to apply a concept(doesn’t matter should it be his or as someone else and whether it’s new or old) to satisfy those who need the benefits made by it, which results in financial outcomes or profits.

Hence the basic characteristics or qualities of the entrepreneur will be:
– They needs to have an Idea (again, no matter who originally regarded it and be it new or old).
– They should have the motivation/urge to pursue or apply the idea.
– She or he really should have usage of manpower in order to the opportunity to make manpower offered to him (marketing secrets apply here).
– He / she must be a good leader.

However, there are additional sorts of people too who may have some or many of the previously referred to qualities; but and we don’t call them Entrepreneur. A good example of this individual is actually a scientist. Scientists have ideas or, put simply, they’re able to actually create ideas. Usually they are excited or motivated about pursuing their ideas and no doubt, these are good leaders too and so they, for certain get access to at the very least minimal manpower (No, most scientists fail in solitude as shown in movies like Robin Williams’ Flubber or Frankenstein, they’ve got at least 2-10 people working under them as junior scientists). However why don’t we call a scientist an entrepreneur also? Is he different for the above definition?… something to think about huh?

And exactly how with regards to a dictator? He has their own or borrowed ideas, He really wants to apply them, he’s got usage of man power, can guide them very well… in reality, they will do just about everything he wants. So, does that mean, a dictator is an entrepreneur or, a business owner is a dictator!!
