Universal Studios Singapore, Here’ I Come!

Universal Studios Singapore opened towards the public on 18 March, 2010. When visiting Singapore, stopping by with the Resorts World Sentosa amusement park to get a fun-filled day is important. Some hot tips when planning your mood there:

1) Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the best if you prefer a breezier time navigating around the park and if you believe the express passes are a rip-off. Traffic is at the smallest on currently. Jostling within the crowd during the weekends could be unnerving.

2) Some rides attract overwhelmingly long queues. For those who have no patience for your or feel time is against you, pay extra to the express pass, which may be an incredible perk.

3) With the express pass, eventually is a bit more than enough to get rid of the whole park.

4) A broad guide: Perform rides each morning because the sun can be blistering hot. Cover the indoor shows inside the afternoon.

5) Browse the timings to the shows. You won’t want to miss the “live” water show with the WaterWorld and the sole attraction at Nyc – Lights, Camera, Action! Hosted by Steven Spielberg.

6) The brave hearted are challenged for the most turbulent roller coaster ride at Battlestar Galactica (Red Track), while the not-so-faint-hearted ones will be thrilled to discover the Enchanted Airways and Canopy Flyer.

7) Should you toddlers can’t accept any fast rides, these charming and delicate rides are highly recommended: Madagascar: A Crate Adventure, King Julien’s Beach Party Go-Around, Magic Potion Spin, Treasure Hunters, and Dino-Soarin. You shouldn’t be too surprised if you still see them on cloud nine after being on the same ride for your fourth time.

8) Water points aren’t nearly impossible to find though if you need a nice free refill of the bottle with icy cold water, get it done with the take out restaurant, Goldilocks.

9) Pit stops for convenient snacks and junk foods are everywhere. Should you crave for local dishes, then head for the Discovery Food Centre.

10) Be ready to get wet at both of these stops: Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure and WaterWorld “Live” Water Show. Ponchos can be purchased at S$2 each. When you could get cheaper ones, drive them along. Prepare a change of garments to the little ones in case you so desire.

11) Bring a video camera if you like to bring back some nice memories of the place.

12) Shopaholics, shopping extravaganzas await you on the numerous stores offering Universal Studios themed collectibles, star characters souvenirs, memorabilia and keepsakes.

13) Close the afternoon with a big bang and a little colours – fireworks at 9pm.
