Using a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to create a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
An expert in creating sculptors beyond metal scrap, each time a client approached Nishant to produce one of Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his baby daughter is definitely an response to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came as an possiblity to express his passion towards higher power.

Regardless of the short notice, a project that requires dedication of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece in a month. Tirelessly working day and night regarding his team, he admits that “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts would have to be handpicked so they could easily fit into as being a jigsaw puzzle. The hardest and challenging part was the operation of hammering and bending several to own desire shape of your body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors put into the task of executing the task in the deadline, which however we was able to accomplish.
A 6 ft . tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it’s made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are nearly 10 or 15 mm in thickness that have been bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to restore a whole metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been created from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts just to name just a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) can also be made from gears, nuts, bolts as well as using a piston block along with a wrought iron tail.
With all the 6 foot Ganpati created out of automobile scrap for his client, another task for Nishant can be a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
