At college I provided first line support in terms of resolving DNS errors, general windows/IE errors and user queries within our open access centre.
I actually have a VPS by using a custom Linux Ubuntu iso view able having a vnc viewer on password is view-only. We’ve also enabled it with all the ability via cli and systemfallback to generate custom iso spin because i have configured vmwareplayer around the machne allowing me to generate my personal virtual versions of Oses.
