A brand new 2016 Christmas rock song may be written, composed and after that recorded within a Phuket studio room in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with all the main objective of bringing awareness and contact with the Phuket Charities and Orphanages that Mark supports.
The songs name is: ‘I’m returning for Christmas’ and also the songs genre is surely an unique up-tempo Rock/POP song. Mark wrote and semi recorded a demo guide of ‘I’m returning home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket and contains had the demo guide since that time awaiting this opportunity to record.

In August 2016 Mark started the recording process and used session musicians to record the song on the 6 week period. The songs consists of 8 separate tracks and all sorts of session musician originate from the Philippines, including the lead vocalist ‘Micah Javier’. Although ‘I’m Returning For Mark Hopkins was studio upon Phuket the blending, engineering and mastering ended in the USA due to Mark wanted the most effective result and audio quality. The song has become willing to be listened to and downloaded by looking at the Tsunami Day website.
The principle purpose of recording ‘I’m Returning For Christmas’ is always to bring as many folks to the ‘Tsunami Day’ website as is possible, after which hopefully in-turn they’ll be kind enough to donate to a single or all of the Phuket charities and also to also download the song.
Another main goal is to get enough downloads from the song to fund and hang up up Stuart Baker with open stage and recording / teaching studio on Phuket, that may offer free lessons and tuition to local underprivileged children in the local schools and orphanages. Currently ‘La QingTing’ isn’t open yet though the web site is below (QingTing means: ‘Dragon Fly’ in Chinese if you’re wondering)
About: Mark set-up the ‘Tsunami Day’ website to promote his song ‘Tsunami Day’ which was inspired from his or her own personal experiences while I was residing in Patong back in 2004 when the Tsunami hit Patong on boxing day. Just like ‘I’m Coming Home For Christmas’ the song ‘Tsunami Day’ also brought awareness to local Phuket Charities and children’s Orphanages. Around the ‘Tsunami Day’ web there exists numerous approaches to help including a Phuket Hotels and economical flights to Thailand and Asia booking system. Every penny helps.
